Time for an update guys. Ive been busy sotring the tail end section the last week or so. This includes simulated striches and making the wing tapes to go over them. Three coats of paint now waiting for fuel proofing.

I have also installed the servos, The elevator is linked with a push rod and the tail skid and fin are connected via cables.

The tail skid i have added some extra strength to by laminating with a ply skin. Thick flat brass was used and bent to shape to protect the wood and then i added some heat shrink to protect the paint and brass. A few rivets here and there and a couple of coats of paint and its done.

Firstly i noticed the calender in the background... to save the woman the embarrassment i put some black underwear on her, sorry guys lol. The Info on the fin is as follows and only means something to me as you will see.

K = Kathleen, moms first name

9431 = Moms date of birth.

Makes it even more personal to me, I'm sure you would agree.

Top side painted, bottom to be done as yet.

Progressing nicely. I have completed almost all of the fuse now. All the electrics are in place and the fuse has had the final paint job apart from the underside of the elevator, this should complete this week. Once this is done ill fuel proof the fuse, fit the bottom panel, add the engine and fit the radiator.

That will just leave the wings to complete. Pictures so far/
