Nice project Alex. Don't you just love filling large gaps? Did you by any coincidence read a lot of war comics as a kid? The 'Arrrrghs' took me right back :)

Wing roots - when I don't have a gap, I assume I've done something wrong !

Here's the progress I've made this weekend, my airbrush now unclogged and performing as it should :) The colours I used were Vallejo's Model Air equivalent of RLM 76 for the under-surfaces, RLM 81 for the camo, and the base coat was RLM 82; I sprayed various shades of each colour over the primed and pre-shaded model.
