Airfix Engineer kit


a simple kit but incredibly enjoyable.....been a while since i enjoyed building a kit as much as this one

and its powered by a couple of AA batteries.......theres noise and the spark plugs 'fire' and things go up and down and in and out and roundy roundy


excuse poor sound quality........my camera has a crappy mic (it is a camera for taking still pics after all!) but i hope you get the idea

Looks great paul , I bet you had a lot of fun building this and not having to care about seam lines /weathering /accuracy etc. I love the light up spark plugs and the noises , Cheers tony

Really interesting. I had a Mamod  Steam roadroller as a kid and have often dreamt of getting their stationary engine:
