discussion 41(F) Sqn in 1/48 - Hawker Demon

Hi all;


The latest completion in my quest to build 41(F) Sqn in 1/48; this is the Aeroclub Hawker Demon. A true multi-media kit, it has injection moulded, PE and white metal parts. Considering it is a small manufacturer, and limited run, it goes together well, but some care and patience is needed. Aluminium finish is Alclad, and the shiny nose is chrome Bare Metal Foil (first time I've used it!). Rigging is EZ Line and Uschi Van Der Rosten. Finished as a 41(F) Sqn machine of C Flight, based at RAF Catterick in 1936.
