Well I think I have gone as far as I want to go with this build.
The Kit is an excellent one and builds very well. A bit tricky joining the two fuselage halves around the interior cabin but otherwise a nice kit to build.
All paints are Vallejo Model color, except the chrome which is a Tamiya chrome paint pen and the green roof window Humbrol clear green which fogged the plastic!!! Grr.
Finished with Vallejo's varnish.
I could easy be tempted to do another Lynx at some point, just not for a while.
Anyhow, here are the pictures of the finished build.

Comments most welcome and thanks to those that have followed the build which can be found here: https://www.scale-models.co.uk/threads/ian-ms-lynx-ah1-airfix-1-48.38742/

Hmm something about a Kitty Hawk Jaguar that needs finishing....

Oooh, that's lovely me 'ansome :)
Excellent finish Ian.... Those Rotors really add a nice contrast!
... Yet ANOTHER across the line... And I'm still trying to get the crew finish before I can progress on mine.. Oh well,at this rate I'll be the last one ploughing on in this GB!! ;)
Andy

Great job Ian , nice to see an early model lynx . The modifications worked brilliantly , cheers tony

I can't believe you finished this already Ian......and a real beauty it is! BTW, is this the first copter finished in the GB or did I miss something? Still waiting for my Mil Hind 24 D to arrive.....hope it gets here soon or I could miss this GB entirely. ;) Rick H.

I think Peter finished first, with Ron very close on his heals,
Petes photos are in this section but Ron just put his in the build thread!
