Cheers Jim. Hate painting them but they do add contrast to an otherwise common scheme.

Yep, decals next once I get to spend time on it again.

SWMBO decided she wanted a refresh of the house paint so I have been busy during my 'off' time with Dulux paint, which means modelling has taken a back seat for a bit.

Couldn't get the invasion stripes in the house idea past the approval stage for some reason...

Anyway, she went out for the day so I downed brushes and got the decals on my Spitfires. The Mark IX, using a mix of the supplied Airfix decals and codes from Xtradecal.
