Mmm...who are these young monkeys Laurie??

:granade::tongueout3:

Polux that is a leading question.

They are the ones that are not the old Gorillas.

Matter of interest in Jersey we had Jambo in Durrell's Wild Life Conservation Trust. Jambo a huge gorilla who looked after & guarded the young boy from the others when he fell into their enclosure in an unconscious state. A remarkable incident in the animal world.

I'm not putting me age in me profile...I'm sticking with fat bloke.

I'm 44 going on 12 though...

Incidently one of my nickname's at my old work was Jambo...it's because i'm 6' with a 60" chest and short (27" legs) so built like a gorilla...lol

Forget it, there's no way you people will know my age......

However, cum March 13th - if I reach it - all you tax payers will be looking after me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Na na nana na!

What a great shot Steve and made me realise that we just don't know the age range of the members here. You must have some wonderful experiences of your modeling days as a youngster.
No, in fact. I did a few models as a kid but nothihg until one plane at about 40. Then last November I passed my local toy/model shop for the umpteenth time and popped in. That did it! So I have invested in some tools etc. to do a proper job. (I already have a stash of 3, stashitis being a connected disease.)

whereabouts in lovely shropshire are you steve
Ludlow. We moved from a cottage 8 miles away up Corvedale two years ago into a dormer bungalow which suites us perfectly. Ludlow is an ancient town (was once the capital of England!) with old buildings and lots of hills. Bliss!

Nice one Steve, it's a beautiful part of the borders. My wife and I never miss the Ludlow Food and Drink Festivals, and always come back home loaded with 'real' meat and loads of sausages!

Cheers,

Ron

Good idea. The 2nd March is in my diary, satnav at the ready. See you there.

Ludlow - well my lady and I will be staying there in November, I will be visiting the Telford show on the Saturday while she shops and in Ludlow for the evening and Sunday to see the sights, try the restaurants and see if there is any decent wine and real ale in that wild border country..:beer2:

Barry: It would be nice to meet during that weekend. Perhaps I could send you a PM nearer the time.

Finally found one. They say a picture is worth a thousand words - I think in this example, the words are worth a thousand pictures !!
