I just learned that the BofB flights Lancaster is coming to Denmark and will be doing some low level (150metre) fly pasts of some WWII graves on the Island of Fyn and then Jutland this Saturday.

Mean while I will be right up the other end of the country. God dam it!!!

I am now trying to find an excuse to drive the 200km so I can see it!!

It will be worth the trip.I think the sight and sound of the Lancaster is a very stirring emotional experience if you no what i mean.Im very lucky working at Southend Airport.The BoB flight are regular visitors in the summer months and use the airport as a stop over for trips to and from the continent.

Just checked you out on google maps buddy Isle of fyn 147 km's not that far bud straight roads all the way there, You'll kick yourself if you miss it.

to late mate, it was the 5th of May and I was in Helsingør, so you can stick another 73km in top of the figure you got.
