I got a 3rd off a 1/35 scale Tachicoma Kit (so bought 2 haha) and an Amazon Fire HDX with £150 off today :)

Did anyone else manage to get any bargains today? :D

120 quids worth of kits for 30 quid on airfix site :) for once they actually had stuff i wanted!

lol...ive played a blinder.....ive told swmbo that she can wrap up these kits and give them to me at crimbo.....that way i know im getting exactly what i want and she isnt wasting money on stuff i dont want :D

still got no idea what im getting her tho :rolleyes:

I'm not into the whole gift giving or getting thing. I stopped doing that years ago after my "friends" stole my money and bankrupted my credit. I'm not a spiritual or religious person so there is nothing in that direction either, but even if I were, the whole message of shopping seems to be missing the point.
 
I got two 1/48 airfix hurricanes for £9.98 and directed my kids to that model if they were stuck on what to get me and I got a 1/24 spit from debenhams for £30 although I think that was on offer before the Black Friday offers

Everything else I looked for was either out of stock or I couldn't get them

I got the 1/72 S-100 for £9.99 normal price 34.99, also wanted the Vosper MTB but was out of stock.

I want get a small collection all types of MTB's.

LOL Black Friday. They are trying that over here as well. How hard can it be. Very hard apparently. Some started Thursday and are going through til Sunday :/

We went out to get some lamps but they had sold out. The funny part is that I didnt really see any fantastic savings.

Find this Black Friday a load of nonsense personally, people seem to lose any common sense they had.
 
I think Black Friday should only be about food and drink not luxury items like tv's , with how people have suffered under the cuts in Britain these last few years I think giving them the opportunity to have a good Christmas would have been better than rampaging idiots fighting over the last TV that was out of date two years ago would have been better
