HI Rick m8ty many thanks for your kind comments but ive got too stick at this wireing as im not getting tired of it as i love doin the wirein an its now all in my mind how i should have done it an this time it will be right an if i go off subject an start to build the guns turrets then all my thoughts in my mind on how to do the wireing will be scrapped an then i will get even more mixed up as when i get to building something its got to be finished before i start something elesHang in there Chris........your skills are way beyond anything I can only dream about.........just thinking out loud, if you get tired of wiring, take a break and start building the gun turrets.
Cheers, Rick H.
HI Jim thank for your nice comments an yes im feeling better thanks an in a better frame of mind but must admit im a bit annoyed at my self for makin that b*lls up on the wire qayuge as i did see not think about the wire gauge when i ordeded it but will in future an i saw how thin the wire was but i was on a roll an dint think at the time it would cause any probs but well in a model like this there are always chances of somthing goin wrong an me wiring it up wrong it was certainly a heart stoppn moment when i realised what id done but no help for it but to put it right so onwards an upHi Chris
Amazing work. Way beyond my understanding but oh so interesting. Hope you're feeling better.
Jim
HI Neil cheers for the good luck wishes an yes i will tame the beast but this time ive bought model railway base board wirein which has up to 12 strands of wire so a lot stronger an this will not fail an i will study an do more testing this time when i fit in the new wireingGood luck with the rewire, Chris, I have no doubt you will tame the beast! Your determination and concentration are off the chart!
AN HI Paul yes im against the clock on this wirein but at least i know now where i went wrong on this wirein so that will be a help as i must when i do fit in the wirein i must wire up just one of those mini plugs an then check with the circut tester that the right wires are feeding the right servo wires as this was my main bugbear as an to complicate matter further the servo's ive bought have different colours on the servo wire so i will have to be wary of them also as my normal servo have black red an white wires but the new servo's have brown orange a yellow i think AaaaaaaccchhhhhHi Chris
The work on Tiger continues to amaze. Know that, whilst you’re not posting any pics, that we do all realise how much work is going on in the background. I do hope you get it all sorted before your operation. And that, once you’ve recovered, you can continue to asound us with this stunning build.
All the best
Paul
AN HELLO Andrew yes im in a better frame of mind now as they say time is a great healer an its helped no end an hopefully it will be nice work if i can only get it right as tiger is getting complex but it will come an she wil be sailng in a force nine gale lolAbsolutely stunning work Chris.... Keep it up and I hope you sure your health issues out soon.

WELL Hi John no they are as rare as hens teeth but i got lucky on mayhem forum a freind saw what i was after an he found them on ebay for me as i looked on there an i could not find them but m8 dave struck lucky an he found just what i wanted so ive ordered some should be here about dec 11th an hopefully that 44 pins plug will be here as well then i can set about putting the wireing all to rights againGood for you to keep on with it Chris.
Can't you get those plugs anymore that you like ?
HI Gerry well its great to hear your gast is well an trully flabbered lol an yes the wirein as been PITA but im back on track for the bow section anyway useing my old plugs ive just jury rigged all the main bridge section so every thing works on that from R/C T/X so im pleased an tomorrow i will wire it in better but first some pics here the PDB board an i was brickin it when i turned it on in case of a prob as this was fairly costly unit but it all lit up just how its suppoced too phew as this unit powers all the lights in the bridge S/SI'm sat here with my gast truly flabbered! Closest I've ever come to doing anything like this was re-wiring a motorcycle, (but cheated, as I'd got the old harness!) or when re-wiring the office with new network cabling.
At least you found the fault early enough to sort it with minimal aggro, and you've found your terminals that you prefer.
Hat well and truly doffed to your mastery Chris!
