boatman's 1/72 HMS Tiger C20 build

AN I Mark sorry i dont understand what you mean by the dog ?
chris

I think Mark, maybe referring to your work and the model...as, er the...'dogs-do-dahs'. If so, then it be a compliment...if not, he may just have a fetish for dogs.

After your test float, I have every confidence she's going to be great, and if we all turn up, just think about all of the 'help' you'd have ;) :surprised::surprised:

AN G/M to you Gerry yea she floated ok in the test tank in fact i think she floated a little to well as it took quite a bit of batts wheight to get her down to her black water line but it will be different when she does come to sail then theres more factors comin in to play due to hull speed an water pressure on the hull an stability an how the wind an the waves hit her so them factors will have to be taken into account

as she will be sailing in then in the same factors as the real ship just not as big lol an yes you are all welcome to the launch if you want to an able to get there as you gerry are only in the next county ae'rnt you an she will most proberly have her launch up at sheringham pond as there i can back my car up to the pond edge an thats where i launched my NIMITZ aircraft carrier or i may be lucky an be able to launch her up the really big norwich pond as the club chairman told me im always welcome to go to their warship days when i can again get my car into an against the pond edge so will see how things turn out AN Gerry cheers for your confidence in my building as i must admit i hav'nt had one sink yet an thanks for lookin in

AN Here a pic of the front section as now nearly 90% of the wirein is done as today i wired up that second cam switch so the left one suppliers 6 v around the ship an the new right hand cam switch is goin to supply all 12v units all around the ship an to all the voltage reducers an they all unplug so they can be removed in case of a fault IMG_6868.JPG
