boatman's 1/72 HMS Tiger C20 build

Hi Chris
All the best for the operation. Lucky there was a cancellation although it must have been a bit of a shock to be given a date so close.
Take care.

Love that diagram Chris, especially the reminder LOL….
HI Tim well when handleing this many wires a diagram is the way to go but it took some working out but got there in the end an yes i really needed that reminder as its easy to move the plug around when cutting the wires to lenght an then setting off soldering the wires in the wrong way round then im in trouble so had to cocentrate with the upmost brain power lol but will be glad when ive got this all in an working as some wires are spares ason a model like this you never can have too

Chris, they'll be used to people with poor hearing so they won't mind if you ask them to speak louder or repeat what they said. Don't be too embarassed, just keep asking until you know what they're saying. They do this all day, every day, and will just want to make you comfortable.
Pete

Glad to hear it went ok Chris!!!

Pleased to hear that Chris!
The video is a new one on me, never heard of that before. Some people might be put off by it but I think I'd like it. I once had a dentist who had a large monitor screen above the chair so he could show children cartoons to distract them from what he was doing. I mentioned that I'd rather know what he was doing and he clipped a tiny camera to his glasses and piped that through the monitor so I could watch him digging about in my mouth!

I know exactly what you mean Pete. I got told off in no uncertain terms by the nurses when our daughter was born by caesarian section because I asked if I could watch.
