I had it 2 years ago with your symptoms: my doctor prescribed me ibuprofen 400 mg pills twice a day and it worked but I think you'd better see your doctor as that painful chest should not be underrated.How you handling it Pete, sorry to say I'm suffering heavy head, nasty cough which has caused a sore throat and painful chest and this is day 3 still feeling 5h1t

Getting better, slowly. Haven't had any breathing problems, but tired all the time, stinking headache, feeling sick, and I've got the shakes too badly to carry a cuppa.
