Aha! you went with the latest research and used the buff instead of the yellow.
I seem to remember some think it was pink!
even if it was I think that would look terrible

Neil that pic is a bit misleading it's actually yellow ochre from naval dockyard I'll try and get a better one with better light :)

Done both sides (paint) now and started the lower gun placement, going to dry fit them all and the use the patination fluid to black them all after I'm happy with the fit the the hold gratings :)

This is really looking good mate, and I agree the guns look better finished with the antique fluid.

Having a hour this morning and dropped a gun barrel in to the hull and it won't come out lol so ordered a replacement £11 for a pack of two ...... a bit shocked at the price, 104 guns would be silly price :)
