Its a lot easier than he makes believe did all mine in literally 5 mins
Started the planking again with shorter lengths
Did a bit this morning the first section laid down, hasn't got to be brilliant as there is another layer of planks but tried to get it as smooth as possible.

Reminds me of the Russel Crow film when the young seaman produced a skeleton of the French adversary, (Acron), they were hunting and the comment reads ship design.

Been on the couch for 3 days with man flu, still not 100% but tried to do a bit and failed, managed to get the 2 planks down oh well !!
A bit of an update progress is slow, but then I knew it would be and it's far from easy but I'm enjoying it and trying not to bugger it up by rushing
All looking very good Brian. Your approach to this is spot on. Take time, take care, be patient. I have no doubt it will be a stunning model when complete.

A bit more progress .....not a lot due to me being stressed over a washing machine door failure and the resulting flood in the kitchen causing the living room floor to blow and lift, not long put it down

Looking really good but are practising your plank fitting techniques in the lounge?

Your welcome Lee and yes Its sort of boring up to now with the planking but important to get it right, hopefully I will be finished with the first planking this week
