I suggest the Dragon SS 1C SCUD. Just a beast of a vehicle.

Heres a build video for inspiration too

MRAP for me though I'de quite like to get hold of one of those Diamond T wreckers....

I would go for the Huskey MRAP, its the most unusual ....and being from my hometown I am a tad biass LOL

Theuns

do like the SS-1C,just a big beast of a thing with some think, very nasty on top,

and also the one under that,as its just so ,very different from what we see, :D

So far it's a close one, it's between the mrap and the stud launcher,, I still cannot decide as it's very close 9_9

I need more folk to throw their choice into the ring to help me decide, come on people I need your help :)

Either the Mark V or the Scud launcher for me Tommy... make that the Scud! If you could find some modern SAS figures, it would be a great dio.

I really like that idea Patrick, nice one mate, that's one to consider and think about, don't Masterbox do modern British troops?

Scud for me Tommy , although that Mad Max looking thing in the second picture nearly swayed me!!, cheers tony

I accept that I may have bought an early version (eBay), or a duff version (eBay), but my diamond wrecker is probably never gonna get finished - every piece of this kit had to be dragged screaming off it's sprue, and then demanded lengthy and tricky cleaning before I offered it up to its final resting place, at which point I would discover, that it didn't fit!  I got as far as the main chassis, before despair set in and I quietly put it all back in the box for "later".

I know there are modeller's on this forum who'll make a grand model of this, but it was beyond me. I simply don't have the patience to spend 15 - 20 minutes removing a small component, then shaving off one of those sprue gates that flow over two surfaces, and knowing there are 5 more to do! I'd go for the Mk V!

Just warning you  ;)

Husky for me Tommy .

I built the Scud a number of years ago, yes it goes together well but I found it out dated, parts were over sized...(unless it was my eyes on their way out!?)

I'd do another but with aftermarket add ons

Lee :)

It's looking like it's a close one, it's between the Scud and the Husky so far, still cannot decide on which one to go for 9_9

Hmm new tooled Husky v 1980's skud.... I know which way I would go.

Thread owner
Yep the husky (now I know what it's called)(hey you could even do it as a mad max vehicle, imagine you could let your imagination run riot)(I'm already imagining all sorts of variations)cool, love you're decision, I knew you would go for it, go on, you know you want to.
