Had this for a few days (maybe couple of weeks) now.
I am a total Dspiae fanboy and make no excuses for that. IMHO they make good gear at a reasonable cost.
I have uploaded a short YT video of my first impressions of this grinder, see linky below:
YT video of Dspiae grinder
It seems well made of good quality.
NB: It is only a mini and cordless (usb rechargeable) grinder, so don't expect it to clean up your welding!
Its only designed for scale modellers and the soft plastic that we generally use.
I bought a set of carbide grinding bits that work fine with it and as far as I know it has a 3mm hole/collet,
so should work with most Dremel type bits, (Edit, erm Nope! see comments below....)
so could be used with bits/attachments for drilling, sanding, shaping, as well as grinding.
It has three speeds, so far the first/slowest speed has been fine for everything I've used it for.
Its a handy bit of kit and is certainly faster than sanding if needing to remove larger sections of plastic.

This is my main niggle with this. The collet is 3mm as you say. Dremel and other widely available bits are 1/8", or 3.2mm, so don't usually fit 😕

It just means looking around for bits with a 3mm shank

Hmm, I have a Dremel clone (think I got it from Lidl or Aldi), maybe a Parkside model? and have lots of bits for it, I'll see if they fit....

There are a few nice touches to this that make Dspiae stand out as a manufacturer that thinks their designs through.

As shown in the video, the easily lost Allen key is stored nice and safely in the handle. Also included are two spare grub screws for the chuck. Again, they could quite easily get lost, so having spares screwed into the handle is a great idea.

Quick update on this, I just checked using some of my Dremel clone bits, that the collet on this Dspiae mini grinder will NOT fit most Dremel type attachments, as it looks like it's exactly 3mm, and most Dremel type bits are just over 3mm, eg: 3.1 or 3.2mm so they will not fit.
However, there are lots of 3mm bits/attachments out there, I got a set from Amazon, and Dspiae also do their own grinder bit sets....just check the shank/shaft diameter size before ordering
Works fine as a mini grinder on plastics though.

Also, forgot to mention in the little video (see link above) that there are two spare hex bolts in the body of the grinder, (as mentioned above) and that it also has a "load" setting, and it will turn itself off if you push too hard, or it senses too much load, to stop the motor from overheating, so a nice touch there.

And one last update, did not say on the box, but a quick Google shows that the three speeds for the Dspiae grinder are:
5000, 10,000 and 18,000rpm
With a 300mAh battery and a 10w motor.
Cheers

The probable disparity between the Dspiae Chuck being 3mm and the Dremel Chuck at 3.2 mms is that the Dremel is an American tool and 3.2 mms is the equivalent to 1/8th of an inch.
I think that the Americans have still stuck with Imperial measurements for much of their stuff.

My post was not setting out to repeat the chuck size difference as pointed out in Andy's OP but the reason why they might be different.

Did a bit more research, and I now see that you can get chuck adaptors, which means you can then use any size bit/attachment with the grinder, so can use it for sanding, polishing, etc. Eg: 3mm shaft chuck adaptors... Some on Ali X, but very cheap so doubt quality would be very good IMHO. Tyrrel Models sells the adaptor (large). Beware some that sell the adaptors, but with a 2.35mm shaft, which apparently are still loose in the Dspiae grinder, even when tightened, so you really need a 3mm shaft adaptor.
