Good Morning World,

Yesterday, a friend and I attended a show in Fürstenfeldbruck which is northwest of Munich. It is held in an old kloster (seminary) over 2 floors. It offers a wide range of modelling topics to include Plastic, R/C ships, trains, paper/carton models and even Lego blocks. There were a few sellers and clubs also had something to sell. There is also a competition. Upon entering the hall you were greeted by some of these folks,

There was a show group running around in epic costumes portraying Star Wars characters and the like. Great fun!!!

I will start with the club tables and a few specialty things and end up with the competition entries. Please hold all comments until I have posted the last piccies. I have 90+ and I don't want to miss you. Thanks and enjoy,

Club Tables,

This next group of photos is for Chris (Boatman). These are all R/C ships and in 1/100 scale. First, the USS Vinson....

Morn Chris,

Thanks Sir and this thing was at least 3 - 4 meters long, if not longer. It could have been 1/144, but on all the info on the tables, there was no scale listed. Here Buddy, hope these are better,

Sorry Chris,

I went back through the list of clubs and this one wasn't on it. The club for the R/C subs was listed. I didn't talk to anyone on the Vinson display unfortunately. I did just notice blowing up the pictures, looking for a name, that the steam paddle boat was in 1/50 scale though...
