I've just had a look, i never thought about it until now. But i have 59 untouched models, mostly armour and a few Star Trek stuff. Found a couple Navy Lynx helicopters i didn't know i had lol.

You should show your mother the rest of the posts on this thread and show her how lucky she is that you don't have 50, 60, 70, 80, 100-odd... That should keep 'er quiet for a while

A stash. Please be very careful here gentlemen. Very careful. Earlier this year I found myself in the most unfortunate position of having a stash of none. Zero. This sad event occured just as I had - time on my hands ! It was a dark dark time for me, and wish that no one should go the same way that I did.

However, I'm happy to report that I'm now much better with a stash of 3 and one W.I.P so, sort of 4 in my stash at the moment.

Ummm... I think I have well over 200 unmade kits.....maybe pushing 300... I'm a bad bad boy... And those are the armour and soft skin vehicles. If I included the figure kits........

this sort of thing is what makes her upset with the eleven! She is certain I have no self control and I will get to have a stash in the hundreds.

Well there is a small minority,comprising myself and ColinM as far as I can tell, who keep well into single figures. It can be done! Of course if you enjoy building a stash that's fine too,you may have to smuggle them in.

Hi there so far i estimate around 120 plus another 85 i be getting this month i can't keep up with it all however my darling wife carrie will no doubt appropriate a few of these for herself.

I have around 18-20 in my little stash. My problem is I teand to build them amost as quick as I buy them.

Some of the larger ones are set on hold though as I need to build a cabinet for them. The other one is stuffed full and does not do them justice!

I only have a stash of 8, but it will keep me busy for a long time, because they are mostly cars. And I like to punish myself because I want the perfect paint.

I`m near the 30-40 mark but small dio bits/kits are included in that , unlike Ian I seem to buy 2-3 kits to every one I make at the moment , the plan is now to get one nice kit a month when I get paid, also in that plan is if a great deal can be had on ebay then I will have some of that also , if I can keep my spending down to £40 a month I will be a happy man and my misses will be even more happier , but even with this plan I will be buying more than I can make in that time scale.

I had to make an inventory recently as I felt things were getting out of hand & I intend putting a lot of kits up for sale, grand total 246 mostly aircraft.at my current build rate I will be about a 115 years old by the time I've done them all, anyone out there have the secret to immortality.

Off to euro militaire at folkstone next week to buy more,
