How much modelling time over the festive period?

You guys already know I don't do Xmas apart from cooking some sort of meal on the day. So yesterday, I did nothing but cook my dinner so in theory I had all day free at the bench. 'tis such a pity my mojo has gone walkabout for the last couple of months and I didn't even so much as look at the bench. Never mind. I daresay it will be back in its own good time.

Absolutely zero as I've been working and its the same for new year too. I asked santa to put any modelling gifts on hold for me until we complete our house move now and I have my new play room.

Hopefully tomorrow I'll finish my Aichi D3A dive bomber in 1/72, it's been pending for months!

All the family have headed off home today so we're getting the house de-Christmasised 🙄 and reconfigured back to normal. Once my little room is done, I can move back in and make a little more progress before the turn of the year.....

...got a lot done on the Sherman recovery dio over the weekend. No pics as camera motor died. 20+ years of heavy use on the Nikon coolpix was a good run. I'll see how the I phone does.

Sorry I haven’t been in the Military models for several months.

I spent a good few hours on the wheels of my Tamiya Mk IV Male WW1 Tank.
One set had 30 X 2 parts and the others 24 x 4 parts, all now cemented together
All needed detaching and cleaning up, luckily none lost to the carpet monster because no spares..

Tracks were tedious, but quicker and a lot easier because they came as individual parts, only 88 links each track.
Few needed a little sanding, but clicked together really well, best I have had included with a kit.
