discussion I give up

Well chimps I have had to give up plastic modelling. My health has got to the point I am no longer able to carry out the painting required so sadly it is an end to this hobby.


I have started up my old hobby of die cast car collecting, I am pretty annoyed at not being able to continue but my health comes first I will continue to be a part of the forum but no more model kit posts maybe a couple of my die cast lol.


I am very grateful for all the support and kind comments I have had and thank you all. As Trueman burbank says.

Sorry to hear that Ray but your right your health comes first , I know revell do a range of snap kits that are pre painted , my wife has done a few and they do look good

Sorry Ray to hear that your Heath is bad, and as Alan says your health comes first. I took a couple of strokes this year all minor but I'm lucky to be still here and my modelling suffered for a time but I'm on the mend slowly.


You take care of yourself and we will all I'm sure want your comments from time to time and the die cast car collection we all I'm sure want to see

Really disappointing news to hear mate. I hope you improve. I for one would be happy to see posts from you with snap kits and cast models on this forum if deemed ok. Will miss your builds. I also noticed recently I had not seen many of your builds about and wish I had dropped a message to you.

This is a shame Ray but has been said it would be good if you were to stick around the forum and I too have started up my die cast police car collecting along side my building, good luck.
