Hi all

Apologies for not being around much chaps, what with getting junior off to uni, a load of shows, a slight drop in mojo and of course life, not much forum time, so apologies for being very late with with these.

Outside of the Nationals at Telford, this is probably the biggest show our club goes to and both this year, and indeed last year, was a really good show, with a good atmosphere almost right up to the close.

As usual too many pics to do the full lot on here so I have created the obligatory album: www.flickr.com/gp/139640818@N02/2053L5j8nB

I'll apologise of the light quality on some of the pics....the main hall had five different light sources of varying qualities....including what was basically a spotlight of sorts, not much above head height, pointed across the hall....and so I found myself repeatedly switching from camera to phone and back again...flash...no flash....and messing with exposure settings.....it unfortunately shows

Hope you enjoy.

ACW as usual.

The display areas....downstairs: foyer, large hall, smaller hall, upstairs: balcony and side room (where we were)....

Usual club display.....

Part 2.....my personal favourites.....

Part 3...The best of the rest....again, apologies for the lighting.....

All of this next lot are card kits.....hard to believe in some cases, even at a second glance.....this one best club display....

And back to the plastic.....

And the last of the best of the rest......

Hi Mate, thanks for the great photos. This is one of my favourite shows but unfortunately I was unable to make it this year.

Thanks for the post and photos, Andrew. Did you see Rich from the IPMSClacton , thought he might have been there. Mike would have been there as well .

My (very) local show, will be playing Table Tennis tonight in the sports centre next door.
Some good photos there Andrew, gives a good taste of this excellent show.
The MAFVA Nationals show at the same venue is also very good, very fittingly its on June 6th in 2027

As an aside the Burgess Hall was one of the major places away from the NW for Northern Soul in the 1970's
