High everyone managed to get the BRG on don't worry Roy about the confusion it's nice to have a comparison and a standard to aim for I was going to give this spray job a full 24hrs before I get my grubby paws on it but should I apply lacquer before I handle it. Thanks for looking/advice and comments cheers John\ said:Apologies all you guys.I didn't intend to hijack this thread - my pics were just to show I've made 2 variants.
It's a great little kit with loads of potential.
Roy.
Not my usual thing Tone but I have to admit I'm really enjoying this kit and I am already looking for another 1/32 airfix car of this standard as it been a pleasure to put together unlike the older previous car kits from airfix I've attempted so I highly recommend this one in particular\ said:Looking really good mate!I might have to get myself one of these kits

I would say avoid anything pre 2K then lol ('starter kit')\ said:Not my usual thing Tone but I have to admit I'm really enjoying this kit and I am already looking for another 1/32 airfix car of this standard as it been a pleasure to put together unlike the older previous car kits from airfix I've attempted so I highly recommend this one in particular
Cheers Patrick I went with white but I did consider silver maybe next time if I find another car boot bargain\ said:That's looking excellent John! The white is a great contrast to the BRG - the added mesh is a lovely touch!
