I've never seen anyone so not board with boards and enjoying like crazy. I know what it's like when you find the right material to work with, John.
Plan is looking good with some nice angles to the building. It's my favorite part of dio making too.

Cheers,
Richard
Richard , glad you agree, give me a sheet of foam board and I'm as happy as can be , along with some basswood and I can play to my heart's content. :thumb2:

Loving the draughtsman ship John,
and the pavement is looking well smart !
Cheers Rob
Thanks Rob, that one has gone ! The new one should be even better . The updated building takes a lot of the old design but wider cafe entrance.

Thank you all for the comments.

Today I managed to sit down out side in the sun and do some work on the foam board base. Having completely removed the first pavement and stone sets I started again. There are times when you just don't like what's been done.

The building itself is looking much better as well, shan't do the upper moulding till its in place, much easier then.

Off now to do the first work on the staining of the base...

Thanks for looking in and the comments.

John.

Nice! Love the cobble pattern on the road John. Very French.
Thanks Tim, wanted to make the stone pattern more interesting.

Hi John
You're good at this :thumb2:

It's a hard life this modelling lark, but someone has to do it.
Jim
Thank you Jim, much prefer this to plastic vehicle kits. Yes I know, should have taken up string making !

That's very good indeed, John
Many thanks Neil :thumb2::thumb2::thumb2:

Love it!!!
Cheers Andrew.
