This will be entertaining, two of the same models, completely different by the time they are built. One full of pewter the other full of glue marks.:smiling3:
But they will be top quality glue marks John not just any old gule marks and pleaced with a touch of a angel using a yard broom.

And some Easy Link Tracks .

John, how do the Easy Link tracks compare to Friuls, is there much flash to clean up? Just been looking at them online for the Stug GB and I like the fact that they click together rather than having to pin them.

Hi Bob , I've used these before, so quick , just need a bit of care when bending the link over, esp when getting to the required length

No cutting of wire, and CA.

Cheers John. :)

I do like Friul, but the last lot I had for the Panther GB had loads of flash and I ended up having to clean almost every link. Tedious to say the least.

Hi all

So this arrived at work a couple of days ago. Can't for the life of me think why I ordered it?

That’s a really nice kit, I built it into two StuG and a StuH a few years ago. Sure, the parts are thick and simplified because it’s a wargames model, but they look pretty good nonetheless.

Cheers John. :smiling3:

Yes Bob some seem that way, I suppose it's how old the mould is.
Still think the Friul are a better track from the movement point of view. When I do the Easy Link I'll let you know how they look and move.

Afternoon plastic fans.
The post lady dropped this off.

Tired of getting the wrong size when doing it by hand and one eye :smiling3:
Just tried the gap for the wire and it's .6mm Can anyone confirm that that has one and say what wire you use. I know it has to be soft, brass or copper.
Thanks .

Hi more goodies.
For the Stug GB.

My next build (to see if I can) Stug III B 1/100.

More reference books.
