Oh dear. I've just had a quick scan of their site Mick :surprised:

I can see the wallet getting a bashing!

Some nice stuff isn’t there, the guy who ran the little business is now semi retired but someone took it over and is expanding the range with some input from him

I have bought stuff from the previous owner for a big truck but he does nothing for 1/35 which is my go to scale really.

Andy.

Well I've been and gone and done it. These detail parts have just arrived for my 1/700 Airfix Titanic (same as Academy) kit proposed build. Have feeling I may have bitten off more than I can chew with my first ever floaty thing build. Still to sort out lighting, including navigation lights and some sort of rigging material - any suggestions as to what sort of "wire" to get for the rigging would be greatly appreciated.
By the way the IKEA cabinet is ideal to showcase our creations - mine is only quarter used at the moment.
That is a lot of etch even in that size I wouldn't go near it and as for your question on rigging I use this. IMG_20230702_092650.jpg

Peter,
Thanks for your reply and reccomendation for the rigging, will scour the interweb for a supplier.
Yes the PE is very small but I am determined to give it a go, the kit was a flea bay purchase at £12.50 so if I ruin it it's not much of a loss. This build is going to be a long one if it's successful!!!!

I bought the German MG08 team last week .............. now, a late delivery from postie
icm vickers.jpg
Both the German & the British will be used in individual vignettes - on my 3D printed bases......

Hot off the press (or at least hot out the back of a van), my entry for the Japanese aircraft GB is here.

I sold this one and regretted it and a much needed top up of paint IMG_20230706_125544.jpgIMG_20230706_125918.jpg
As you can see I have a lot of spacesIMG_20230706_125928.jpg
And after 15 minutes IMG_20230706_133512.jpg

Well, recently, I've had my head turned,( as far as Aircraft kits are concerned),by a certain Andrew of thi Parish... he knows which Andrew I'm referring to;).
I now have a penchant for the Eduard "Profipack" kits.Last week I sold my Revell 1/32 and 1/48 BF 109 offerings, on the bay that is evil, the amount I got for them covered this purchase,(which is FAR superior to the Revell departees :thumb2:)....

Believe it or not, I've never done a 109 before,so I'm really looking forward to doing this one:tongue-out2:
