They look great Jim 👍

I’ve had a look at their website, they have some nice stuff including in 1/144 🙂

Geoff.

Parcel delivery today. Received my Bucasso Model Making Paint Rack/Cabinet.
It was quoted as £63 but only cost £57 as its a new item discount on their website. See website linky:
https://www.bucasso.com/

Its made from MDF, looks like it maybe laser cut? the fit is very good, everything fits together very nicely.
It comes as two flat packs and you could just push fit and leave it as the fit is quite tight, but I did glue up a few key areas, just in case.
You can have it separate as a two base units, or have them stacked as one unit, which is the option I've gone for.

I did read a couple of reviews where people complained about the fit, bits breaking, etc, and if you are not careful or a bit heavy handed I can see how this could happen. I just took my time, made sure everything was lined up and it all went together easily enough. I think I had a problem with one piece, but with a bit of gentle persuasion, in it went.... 😉

Some pics, Its now in the garage with loads of weight on it, to make sure the top and bottom are well glued. Then it will go up in the study (or as I now call it. my modelling studio, Lol). I'm very happy with it and it will tidy up my model making area very well. Some pics....

Next on my seemingly never ending spending spree!!! 😂
Needed a better lamp for the desk. When I'm at the desk, the main room ceiling light is behind me, so casts a shadow on whatever is on the desk. Doh!
I have a small LED work lamp that can be clamped on the side of the desk, but its just not powerful enough.
So, off to Amazon, and found this (MediAcous LED desk lamp) useful looking long bar type task light (also LED), has full adjustment, can be made higher, lower, rotated and angled, so ideal to position the light right where its needed. I placed this at the rear of my desk, facing me so the work area is now fully lit. It also has several brightness levels and different light colours.
Not the cheapest, but it was the highest rated desk lamp with lots of good reviews. 👍

Great service as always from the shop, I've gained a couple of paints for my current build:

Since this is the only aircraft I have actually flown, albeit back seat as a cadet, I thought I ought to build one!

And from elsewhere, a couple of goodies for the Ki-21

OK chaps...so these also arrived this week courtesy of some excellent offers....and good bargain hunting.

End result was that these three cost less than £34 - TOTAL!

As you can tell, I was therefore forced to buy them....I really was!

The Revell o-2A is actually a rebox of the ICM kit and yet is generally about 15-20% cheaper as far as I can (there exceptions of course). And as for the 110....one of my all time favourites, so no excuse needed, even though I already have seven!

A single photo of each will do Peter, If we all posted mini reviews this thread would choke.
A nice lamp by the way.

Just received from Czech Republic

The Big Ed set for the Tamiya 1/48 F16C Aggressor, one of the kits my late friend left me.
My intent was to get just the seat belts, then I saw that the Big Ed offer was very attractive, and attracted I was...

Well received and built my new paint holder/stand today, see pic, (not my own one, its from the amazon website).
Looks good, I'll prolly paint it, have just glued it together, easy enough to build....
