Birthday Haul part #1.

IMG-9579.jpg

Birthday haul part #2 will commence when I cash the cheques I was given - I'm thinking of getting myself a Tamiya Dragon Wagon and maybe a Stuart.

Mail Man delivered these yesterday. I’m really getting stuck on these New Tooled Airfix kits. Yes I’ve bought another Spitfire I’m finding out you can’t have enough Spitfires lol. Be sure to get the new(ish) Tamiya Stuart, in that case, not the one from almost fifty years ago :) Or the brand-new MiniArt one, which will be more involved but looks like it’s an excellent kit.

Found this at a large flea market for half its market price (but without decal and instruction sheets) among a large number of Tamiya FW 190 (A and D) 1/48 kits.
Sprues are still in their sealed bags. Wife insisted I had to get at least one of those kits and I went for the more peculiar one. :blow-kiss-2:

I'm tempted by some Eduard's add-ons... shall I resist? ;):rolling:

Luckily for me, missus Miko is a graphic artist with access to a great laser printer! Unluckily for me is getting her willing to print stuff for me, I'm expecting to be busy around the house in the near future, although I'm off to a good start, I bought her some chocolate, it's her kryptonite, makes her vulnerable to my charms! Ha!

Miko (the 'catnip' analogy would also work here for the original crazy cat lady, missus Miko)

.....see, we are trainable.
Apparently not

So it looks like I am going to have to start a naughty list.
@john How many people can man ban in one go? Is there a limit?

Happy new year everyone.

Very nice Lee, you do seem to be into your 1/72 Airfix at the moment. They're all nice kits though - I have them all in the stash.
Yes I am. I’ve never built a new tooled Airfix kit so I’m looking forward to building one of these. I plan on collecting as many as possible.
