That looks a nice spray booth. Mine doesn't have lights so a bit tricky to use.

Just bought this quick build Airfix kit in order to replicate my best friend's 1:1 and this kit is the only close one in 1:24 th.
Very well designed brick type kit which took 20 minutes to "build" less the stickers being applied.
Rudimentary interior and the real car is Ruby Red Metallic with no vents in the bonnet or rear spoiler and different tailplpes so modifications to be done.
Does any body know what type of plastic is used and can plasticard and acrylic putty be used and is it compatible with our primers and paints?

I'd have thought if its Airfix, then yes, usual stuff can be used, does it not say in the destructions?

No mention I can see. All the parts are pre coloured and feel slightly more flexible than "normal" kits. Will break it down and look if there's any stamps on the parts.

Perhaps use some of the leftover sprue to see if the glue, primer and paint work with it

Unfortunately being a lego type kit there are no sprues except for a tiny one the wheels were on which feels like a different plastic.

AI (so take this with a pinch of salt) says the plastic is ABS, rather than Styrene. Plastruct girders and sections are made from the same stuff.
