Picked this up yesterday as it was reduced to £17.

I believe it's a fairly old kit, but at that price it's perfect for a newb like me to practice on.

I built that back in the 70's - a nice little kit from what I can remember...

Indeed I did Ian. I built rather a lot of them back 'in the day'... along with just about every genre going including ships such as HMS Victory, Golden Hind and USS Constitution. Regardless of that my first love was and still is aircraft, particularly large scale WW2...

I spotted this on ebay t'other day. Having checked out a review, I snapped it up for a measly 23 quid!

A nice, big boxful of plastic. According to the box there are 478 parts - which is a fair number bearing in mind the tracks are link and length so there aren't many track parts.

This was a seriously big tank as the Stug IV shows.
