On a visit to the local lms this morning I was ambushed by these eight chaps. Once they realised I was not a threat and after a bit of banter they asked if They could use my base for a while. As SWSBO was accompanying me I asked her and to my suprise she agreed ;) . So I duelly marched to the sentry (man on the till) and dispensed of a few quid and here we are in my fop. Can I feel another dio coming on? Hell yeah even though I said I didn't intend to the other day. I think they will go well with the MH-60 if I make it look as though they are being dropped or RTB'd or just gaurding the chopper.

I would never have bought it if I'd seen it in the LMS as they retail for about £40, but I got this one for £5, part built but looks like all the parts are there.

Can't wait to start it !!!

Tony.

Hi Tony it's a great kit to build, with Dragon it's straight forward and simple enough, good detail and instructions.

Oh and it's BIG...

Heres my haul from the recent Newark expo , some great bargains ,the Su 17 for £3 and the 1/48 AC 47 gunship for £12 !!!! I was really chuffed too as I found a kit of an aircraft ive been wanting for ages . Its the Tupolev Ant 25 record setting soviet aircraft in 1/72. This kit was found in a bargain box and is complete but without box or instructions. Its a very rough looking limited run kit in lurid blue plastic with flash, ejector pin marks and mould seams galore , but its right up my street and I cant wait to start bashing it into shape!!
