The Titanic will keep you out of mischief for some time! The Fokker looks satisfyingly big. Looking forward to these three.

Managed a rare visit to my local ( ish ) model emporium yesterday for some supplies, when I spied this towards the bottom of a pile of kits. I didn't even know it existed, and for the princely sum of £6, I had to have it !! Fits in nicely with my new theme and seems a nice little kit - moderate detail, recessed panel lines, etc. Also comes with markings, lumps and bumps and ordinance to make a low-vis OA-37 too, if you're into that sort of thing !

May well have jumped the queue to be next on my list.....

Just had a day out at toy and train fair at the bath and west show ground and i came away with a revell1/350 titanic a bit started a couple of bits missing i got it for £10,a revell 1/28 fokker tri plane new £10 and a airfix j94 tank engine kit no inscrutions £5,a good i think.Peter t
Just make sure not to use the Titanic 'box art' as a painting guide ...ugh! I studied archival sources to more closely match the paint on my own 350 version, but even I messed up on the color of the masts (should be more yellow) and the funnels (should be more 'tan/teak/beige), but, over all, I was pleased with it...(and my model has survived more trips than the real thing ever did!)

Wasn't going to buy anything else this year when this suddenly came up on evilbay. So I got it lol

Oh the wife knows just how to push my buttons. She got me this for my 40th birthday today. Damn I love her :)

This is what my friend got me for Christmas, I did a search after I opened it to try and find a resin engine for it ( that's when I found the eBay link on another post ) but there dosent seem to be one in this size. Still at this size it will look very nice when done, I was looking to build another Spitfire two years on from my return to modelling so very pleased.

Few days ago at a hardware store (AKI) i found this tapes from TESA.

The yellow tape is like Tamiya in colour and adherence, the blue have less adherence then the yellow ans TESA have other in red that have less adherence then the blue and i don't bought that.

The price: 3,00€ per unit 25 meters long and 25mm width.

We have a similar product in the UK called 'Frog Tape'.Its almost identical to Tamiya tape but you get a lot more for your money.

Nice one Rick. And a tiger as well bonus!

It was just there on the top shelf looking at me. At €43.50 it compares well on price. It was a toss up between this and an Italeri Tracker.
