looks good John,
how soon do we see this one on the bench ? ;)
Not for a while. I am currently saving up to get ALL the Brassin AM for this kit, as I really want to super detail it. I might do Gerhard Barkhorn's scheme or Erich Hartmann's (with AM decals)

I just bought me one of these .......... I don't normally go much on aircraft but, I saw this and thought I'd give it a go. There is some PE in it (which I hate) but it doesn't look too complex so I'll probably manage.

Eduard PE is first class, so you should not have any problems

I think maybe I need to invest in a proper bending tool ....... John has one in the shop.
I have something similar Peter and it's invaluable when a long, straight fold is needed. However a pair of Tamiya Bending Pliers is also a fantastic tool to have. I'd say I use it for about 90% of the time when using PE since most parts are fairly small, and the pliers are quicker/easier to use than the bigger folding tool. They're also available in John's shop:-

I already have a pair of those Mike. I just wanted something a bit more substantial........... and the reviews on the bending tool looked pretty good.

Luckily, these two little gems appear to be intact and good (well, little might be stretching things a bit) - despite the box being soaked and both model boxes being wet - good thing Eduard put everything in plastic sleeves!

I just got this too, mine will be in NV colours to match both Da Nang F4's. I've been using eduard PE on an A10A and it is going to plan so far without a bending tool - mind you, the bending pliers might be useful.

I bought one of those the other week for a tenner and I thought I'd got a bargain but £4 that's a really good bargain:)
