that,s one nice looking compressor,Patrick,![]()
I'm well pleased with it Moni. With the 9 litre tank & being able to run it up to 115 PSI, even at my usual 35 PSI spraying pressure I'll be able to paint for ages

Cheers patrick, i wasnt intending to get one , i just went in to see if they had any interesting military books - theyve had some good ones in the past - and saw this I wanted this when i was a kid ( wow is the tooling THAT old !!!) so had to get it at the bargain price. Its still a very well detailed kit with lovely fabric effects and surface detail and rarely seen for less than forty quid. Best bit is the squaw bought it for me , usually she says things like , "you dont need any more , you havent built all the others yet!" Must be all this christmas rubbish thats sent her a bit soft!!Nice score Tony, if it wasn't for my latest purchase that's emptied my wallet I'd be getting one of them
My Dad gave me the Hurricane one christmas when I was probably 13 or 14.And Debenhams have been selling this kit and the Spitfire for the last few Christmases at £30 each. Must get one myself.Nice score Tony, if it wasn't for my latest purchase that's emptied my wallet I'd be getting one of them
I built this for the large aircraft GB last year, it turned out quite well but there are lots of mould seams.Just a heads up , anyone wanting a big 1/24 scale hurricane , i just got this at 'The Works' publishers outlet -£30 . Bargain , theyve got some other airfix stuff too, the pearl harbour three kit set and the battle of britain 1/72 four kit set at £20 each plus some starter sets at £4 . I dont expect theyll be around for long at these prices!
seems i won this on the Airfix Advent Calendar thingy, arrived in the post this morning
