Well I put some more parts back together on the 8 ton last night. I don’t like how the front axle sits to me it too high so I’ll be lowering it in my next updates

Remember the tracks will lift the back up Lee. I’d get them on before adjusting the axle just in case you make the chassis head down in aspect.

Tim. Thanks so much for the help I never thought of that glad you caught that can’t believe I made a Rockie mistake like that but that’s the way it is anymore with me.

Actually Lee, that looks about right.........with that heavy flak gun mounted in back they sat low in back and high in front. I have seen lots of pics where this is the case. I'm glad you didn't turn it into a "low rider" :smiling3: Rick H.

Ok today I done some painting. I still have some more painting to do. I’ve been looking for the windshield framing but I think it was missing from the kit. So I may try to make one with it covered in canvas. The Gray looks a little light but when I give it a wash it always gets a little darker so I’m happy with the way it turned out.

Worked a little on the gun and test fitted the tracks before calling it quits last night thought I would do a mock up
