Finished the other Track gave me a little trouble but I finished the lower Hull after that. Then I started on the upper Hull got a little done all those bracelets and started getting tired. You guys with your updates and Completed builds have got my mojo back up on this thanks. 8B7B55C4-A95B-4BE7-ADA6-E5C6FAD7BDFF.jpeg507E1F3B-FF5E-4E5A-9E77-CFB80268AE96.jpeg06305418-D2ED-4EEB-AD2D-7DEE13BDF6AD.jpegF01520B9-E7A5-471D-9B78-737A75FACD64.jpeg9C12679A-47AF-4E6D-9B36-B199DF1C02C5.jpeg

That's coming along nicely Lee. I wish the tracks were that detailed in 1-87 scale! :thumb2: Rick H.

Thanks for the complement Rick. Yes it’s ashamed that 1/87 track on most Armor is “toyish” when the rest of it is very detailed.

Never made an AFV in 1/48 but this is starting to look good so I might just be tempted! Available shelf space may be the deciding factor!

That's looking mighty good Lee! Like the sag in the tracks too. From the way this kit designed, if you mess it up, you could always make a Rooskie Bumskie pick up truck out of it. You have a nice cargo area in the back, so maybe a little railing around it, throw in a couple of surfboards, some lawn chairs and a keg of beer to really make a statement....................

Steve. I like All scale but this is my favorite and it’s a typical Tamiya kit it builds it’s self and these 1/48 kits are new tooling I think so you don’t have to worry about correcting stuff. Thanks for stopping by and the complement.

Great idea Allen and I could drop by and get JR with his jumbo Sun classes,Hawaiian shirt, and sandals and off to the beach. Thanks for the complement but I hope I don’t have to resort to that.

Ok we have the “Wet Stuff” although I don’t think this this is FS 4BO or do I think it’s endorsed by the Race Towers I kinda like it. I’m curious how this will look when I start weathering it. AC77FA20-BE3D-4A23-A39D-0569E1010032.jpeg

Looks good to me Lee.......official word should reach our shores latter today if Race Towers is so disposed. ;) Bring on the weather.:thumb2:

Hi Lee
Glad the second track went ok. Tracks do look good. Nice to see paint. I like the colour but I know very little about Russian armour.

Thanks Rick. I’m nervously biting my nails for a comment from the Race Towers especially when it comes to 4OB.

Thanks Jim. The second track was much easier. I’m the same when it comes to Russian Paints so many shades of them.

Looks very nice to me Lee. Nice shade of dark green. Far better than the Kermit green I ended up wi…. Don’t sweat colours…..remember this one…

All supposedly the same colour, and that’s with modern manufacturing methods…..
