discussion Lukas Kystall Gel and Liquidtex

See this suggested in creating a diorama but Amazon dont do it and I wondered what others used to build up waves and around the hull of a ship ?

Liquitex ?

LIquitex gloss, or mod podge gloss both can work well. Also Woodland scenics water effects although that is more expensive.

With Liquidtex I read different suggestions about which one, medium or super heavy. Looking at them Super heavy is stiffer of course.

My daughter, the artist, has given me some Reeves Medium Gel which she has not used and it looks ok. She suggested Liquidtex as its professional but she doesn’t use the medium so doesn’t have any.
