This is a 1/25 scale Mack LMSW Quarry Dump truck up been working on this past winter enjoy the pics

Something different. You're off to a good start. Is the kit all plastic or are there some white metal parts.

It's a mix of resin and plastic. The Cab Hood and fenders are from American industrial Models the frame is the MPC/ERTL Mack DM 800 with a couple various parts from other kits. The platform step I scratch built from plastics styrene. There's no metal parts. Thanks I'm hoping to get it done by mid summer

Thanks for the pm, going to have to get used to checking the recent posts page to find things.
Certainly look fine, very smooth paint work on the cab, the the mix of kits .:thumb2: Shall follow this .

That is nice Lee......always liked the looks of the early Mack trucks. I hope to see more progress on this soon.

Andy. I drove those old two sticks my self it was a Triplex in a old 1964 B61 Mack. I had a blister as big as a quarter in the palm of my hand at the end of the day. I’ve been driving now for 30yrs now I’m the 4th generation to drive a truck in my family. Here’s some a pics of the Mack I drive every day
