discussion Man Cave in the new house!

Hi All,


Its been a long winded wait but we are here finally... crossed fingers.....


Ill be moving into my first house tomorrow if all goes to plan! Me and my girlfriend are eager to get there and get settled in


Ill be on here checking on the build progress and threads but ill be flat out with job on the house for a while.


Must admit ive packed my model related stuff and well ill take a picture once moved in of what i have accumualted ...... I say no more! Can't wait to get a proper dedicated room with all the space

Good luck with the move ben and kate , its going to be hard work but theres nothing like getting your own place . And i know youre looking forward to getting a dedicated modelling room!! well ive been decorating in another room and doing many other jobs around the house and now finally i can begin to work on the man cave.View attachment 250488

As you can see there is a shower and a sink in the corner that is something that has got to change but ive got to sort one side of the room first and then move all the stash and tools etc back to the clear side


ill update as i make some progress!

Good luck mate... I'm only a little jealous of u having a dedicated craft room... It won't last tho she'll find a "propper" use for it soon and you'll be relegated to the corner like the rest of us!

You picked the wrong room, you should talk to the missus and explain how cosy a warm that room is tell her you're prepared to take the cold cavernous living room as you're man cave, tell her you would do this as you love her soooo much so don't want her to sit in a cold room, and of course the tv would be so far away in the living room, would be much closer and easier to see in the cosy room
