Thanks JimGreat news. All the very best to you.
Cheers PaulExcellent news mate.
Certainly intend to (well, blues on anyway) NeilFantastic news-Rock on Tim!
Glad you are improving Tim.My wife has had multiple replacements and last year it was knee done and 4 years ago hip and pelvis rebuild.A friend from our model club had his hip done and he has no family so i did his shopping and my wife gave him mobility aids.Peter is so much better now and my wife needs an elbow done as she has aggresive Rheumatoid arthritis.Last post on this because I was passed fully fit on Monday. That means seven weeks after my hip replacement surgery I am classed as completely healed and able to go back to normal life, carrying moderate weights and moving the hip joint in any way that is natural. First practice with the band today as well, and I had more energy than I’ve had for as long as I can remember. I even played a couple of songs standing up (I usually sit) for the first time since I joined them just after Covid four years ago. For me this improvement seems nothing short of remarkable. Anyone that needs a hip replacement and who is putting it off, just do it. You won’t regret it.
