I use the Iwata CR and have had no problems with it except for when i dropped it on its needle point

Happy birthday.

Both are very good airbrushes. The H+S brush has two nozzle sizes but I doubt you'll use the smaller one for model paints. It's a personal choice.

I'd go with Iwata simply because I own some and they have always worked well for me, not because I think the H+S brush is a bad tool.
