Hi,i reside just outside Edinburgh in a small village near the Scottish borders.


I used to build mostly Airfix models with my father in my youth, well that wasn't yesterday


I am on countdown now to retirement so looking to start building again,my main interest is military history so i am combining that with military scale models,i have just purchased two MB kits.


Looking forward too gaining knowledge from all your experiences.

A bit further up from you Gwyn, the old mining village of Newtongrange, ( Nitten by the bing as the locals call it ) a hop skip and jump from Peebles,i was born in Leith but married a local lass here.
