Hi all, new member here. You may have seen some of work on a previous forum, collection consists of 70's up to mid 80's 1/43 scale models in UK. I do not have very many models, think around 14, and I tend to concentrate on quality over quantity. I like to correct a model so to speak, making it look as realistic as possible and in sync with rest of collection. To do one model normally takes ages, some longer than others depending on the work required. Pics to be up in due course, I'll post on a more appropriate section of the forum. :thumb2:

WELCOME FHB
chrisb mbt ps yea lets see some pics of your work

Welcome FHB to the forum. Looking forward to seeing some of your work - 1/43 - cars?
Dave

Well, welcome to the shambles mate. 1/43 seems an odd scale but, then again, everything (and everybody) on this scale is odd ...

Lol, thanks. I find cost and space wise 1/43 to be the most suitable scale but of course each to their own. Irrespective, it’s all about enjoyment and this seems a very warm forum even if we are all odd

I'm with you on this one Andy - I can work some of them out but others leave me 'utterly perplexed' so to speak! S'pose I'm getting old and even more fick as the days go by!

A warm (and I had to keep it in the freezer the whole morning to cool it down to "warm" as here we are steadily marching again over 30°C! :tongue-out3: ) welcome to the Forum, FHB.
