Just to let you know that my lap top it, erm, dead. Well not totally the cooling fan has died. This means thething shuts down after like three minutes..

Ill pop in when I can using the smart phone.

Right chaps. Good to see that you have all been behaving and not gone mad while I have been away. OK I have popped in on the odd occasion when I could steal the misses computer.

I now have my lap top back with a new cooler and I am £120 poorer. (before you all go into a faint, not a bad price in Denmark.) collected from the house, stripped, cleaned, new cooler, new paste on the chip and delivered to the door again so a pretty good service.

Now for the funny part. He gave me the old cooler back as well, along with what was killing it. A big ball of cat hair!!! Which was also well packed into the bearing/spindle so it was locked up!!! So if you have cats be warned, they can not only ruin an otherwise good paint job, but can also kill laptops!

I have some catching up to do I think.
