Well the inevitable happend. I woke up this morning and I was 50!!! OUch!

Add to that that I hace the best wife in the world and you can see why I am so happy.

WE were at the model shop t'other day and Got my BD pressie!

Plus the photo etch for them.

While I was there I bought a Tamiya Spit mk.Vb with crew and mossy mk XIII/XVII.

My farther in law and brother in law have ordered all the bits I need to get my Corvette done, but thats still in the post!

Happy birthday and ,by the looks of it,happy modelling. I'm a couple of years ahead of you but didn't do that well on my 50th,you lucky bar steward!

Nice one mate. Happy 50th, I cannot remember my 50th, it would have just been another day much like any other as it was during the final weeks of my old life. The new one is much better and I have had some great birthdays since. Will have to drop serious hints re modelling stuff for my 60th, the one after the next......
 
Happy birthday young 'un! I can't remember that far back but I think my senility started about then so that's not really surprising.
