Got the Kingfisher done ( will post pictures later ) also in the weathering stage of my Abraham’s. so I need something to build while waiting for Pete,s Toon GB to start.

Hi

Just finished this - got two "starter" kits from Aldi at £4 - both have the decals for "Rose-Marie" / "The Kelly Kid 2" instead of "Lollipoop" despite the box and paints being for that one.

Nice kit Ian, as I have the same parts in a starter kit as a RAF IV so I’ll closely follow your work too if you don’t mind.

I’m hoping to put it on a little base with the cockpit open.

Got it put together and fitted the wings and tail section, also painted the prop and spinner.

:tears-of-joy::tears-of-joy: Happens very frequently for me too... so that solves the reason for my snail paced builds.

Got the red painted, but had a little setback. Parts of the silver have pulled away, the large one on the front is an easy fix, that’s getting a green coat of paint.
