Hi Ian
I built the Eduard version of this last year. The Eduard kit was superb whereas this one looks a challenge. The control lines and the rigging are very time consuming.
I think it's going to take some work to get what I want out of it.
I am sure you will do just just that.
This is my effort

I shall watch with interest.

I have the Eduard weekend edition of the Airca Dh2 same scale and even in this scale I'm scared of the amount of rigging involved so will be a last WW1 fighter I'll be building but.........
Keen to see what happens here Ian

Regards

Robert

We all like a little challenge now and again.

Looking at the sprues, Ian, I think it can be done...surprise these guys. Subconciously we build kits as a challenge other than for relaxation. Go for it and good luck.

Cheers,
Richard

You cant beat doing up a bad kit Ian. Really looking forward to seeing how you tackle this one. Good luck with the rigging:thumb2:

This is the one I used as part of my 'Stop That Pigeon' build. It was fine for my purposes and went together with no problems, but methinks it's going to take some serious work to bring it up to your usual standard Ian.

Still, you managed to do an excellent job of that Airfix piece of c**p they call HMS Victory, so I can look forward to seeing what you end up with.

Made a start on this one, not much done. Just cleaned up the flash and filled the sink holes.
Going to take a look at some pictures of the interior to add some detail.
