Lovely cockpit detail Ian. Pilot has come out well.
Well I’ve had a good day with this one, I’ve got the seams filled and the rear undercarriage painted and fitted. They need a little weathering to finish them off, but I’m going to let the glue dry before I start that.
Great progress Ian , its a strange parts breakdown Zvezda have decided on isnt it ? I see youve nailed the nauseous yellow the undercarriage wells were painted on these , top work , cheers tony

Yes it is strange Tony, but it’s going together rather well so far. I’ve no complaints ( yet ).
Looks like it had quite the seam along the fuselage Ian, but looks smooth and ready now.

That's really coming along nicely, and that yellow really is nauseating! Is it a tail-sitter? Looks like it has plenty of weight up front?

Yes it’s a tail sitter at the moment. But I’ve left the front underside panel off for now to add the weight later.
Coming along now Ian . Good idea to leave the front panel off , these are notorious tail sitters due to the main wheels being quite far forward . When I built the old Monogram su25 years ago I had to add a lot of lead , but dont forget once the multitude of stores are fitted that can add a bit more weight behind the main wheels . Cheers tony
