discussion Pete's Airfix 1\48 meaty gloster meteor finished

I will call time on this one an enjoyable kit put together I think I may have rushed a little as I destroyed a few decels.


The decels are a tad fragile so be warned as Mr ham fisted here can vouch for this.


I haven't put all the decels on as there are far to many small ones for my eyes.


But I hope you like it.

I highly recommend this kit as it can be turned in to a real stunner that's if you have an airbrush

i know what you mean about the decals, I think it took me longer to do the decals on my 1/48th Harrier than build it.

Really nice, Peter. The detailing with the open panels is a great feature. I too would buy one of these if I weren't completely dedicated to 1/72!

I had no issues really just wing root gaps and the IP decel needs cutting on the left of centre
