Just before Xmas my old Expo booth died on me, so looked around for a larger booth with built in lighting so bought the Bartsharpe booth from yes you guessed it Bartsharpe, good service form Alyson by the way

Used today properly for the first time, the brightness of the lighting and speed of the twin extraction fans can be adjusted, we all know how smelly Lacquer paint is but used without a face mask and the fans on full speed and the suction is very good, it dragged a length of tracks off the turntable on to the filter ! I could still smell the lacquer but no way as bad as with the Expo but will use a mask as well with Lacquer paint.

the lighting is very good but can cause some shadows but sure I will get use to placing the models in the right place , very impressed it is collapsible but always afraid of constantly building and taking a apart will eventually break the light fittings or the hinges, so will leave built but fully covered with a double throw ( thanks Julie ) to keep the damp etc off it in the horrible garage!

Impressed, hope it lasts!!

Looks good Bob, I’ve been thinking of buying one for a while. My only issue is the window is the opposite side of the room to where the spray booth would be so extraction would need a long pipe For me. My current setup is literally corner of the room on a desk with a4 paper sheets on the desk and wall, wearing a mask with window wide open. Once spraying done I exit room for half hour or so whilst smell is blown out. This is mainly only for lacquer paints.

Hi, it very good has twin fans etc, they seem to sell out a lot.

Mine is in my horrible garage but right by a window

Thanks for the info. Looks nice. Might win for that when my smaller one gives up the ghost.
